Job description

Overview of job

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager who can support the achievement of sales targets and drives continuous growth by establishing and maintaining strong sales and marketing strategies, with specific focus on IT infrastructure project in variety of industry

- Build up client portfolio (B2B) by connecting to new clients, establishing relationships to understand their business strategy and priorities; consult to help them solve their problems with Dimension Data’s technology and solutions
- Review technical and commercial requirements of clients’ requests and work with Pre-Sale team to prepare bids and proposals
- Perform role of principle client contact from the bid stage to the finalization of the project.
- Take care commercial enquiries from clients during the project delivery
- Look for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell Dimension Data’s services to Client and their partners in the eco-system
- Keep abreast of market forces, activity and trends through review of literature and contact with industry personnel requirements
REPORT LINE: Report to Country Director
LEADERSHIP: Manager 1 Sales Administration

Job Requirement

- Degree holder with more than 5 years experience in sales and marketing in IT infrastructure, Engineering; knowledge about CISCO will be advantageous
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation to influence key stakeholders internally and externally
- Ability to develop and implement account plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Demonstrates self-drive and initiative;
- Good judgement and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel locally and nationally when needed
- Proficient (Intermediate) in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), sales tools (e.g. Salesforce.com)
- Proficient in Spoken and Written English
