Overview of job
- Acting as the first contact point for customers, help them solve technical issues with their different software solutions
- Manage the expectations of customers as you work closely with our client’s IT system administrators and IT deployment engineers while keeping communications open until resolution
- Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention, understand the business impact and priorities
Job Requirement
- University/college degree in IT
- Deep knowledge of computing devices (smart phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, etc)
- Knowledge of Windows application usage (Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
- Knowledge of email (Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, and AOL)
- Knowledge of file operations – add/modify/delete
- Knowledge of downloading and installing software
