Overview of job

• Acting as the first contact point for customers, help them solve technical issues with their different software solutions
• Manage the expectations of customers as you work closely with our client’s IT system administrators and IT deployment engineers while keeping communications open until resolution
• Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention, understand the business impact and priorities

• University/college degree in IT
• Deep knowledge of computing devices (smart phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, etc)
• Knowledge of Windows application usage (Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
• Knowledge of email (Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, and AOL)
• Knowledge of file operations – add/modify/delete
• Knowledge of downloading and installing software
