Job description

Overview of job

For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for I.T. Helpdesk/Coordinator to work with a leading and significant creative design and sourcing partner to selected high-end furniture retailers across the U.S. and the globe. Their sources employ more than 15,000 people throughout the industry.

Key roles and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide first-line support for all IT matters to users in Vietnam (approx. 70 users, in office and remote).
  • Forward and escalate tickets to central IT management and competence groups.
  • Assist in software updates, latest security patches, anti-virus, etc. to ensure that all machines are up to date and protected.
  • Register and track all IT hardware and users.
  • Setup desktop and laptop systems, tablets, phones.
  • Local sourcing and purchasing or IT equipment according to management’s specifications.
  • Manage internet providers.
  • Ensure basic IT infrastructure (cabling, access points, etc.) meet company’s requirements.
  • Use remote administration tools to resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and printers.

Job Requirement

  • Good communication skills and social skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Familiar with PC/Laptop/Tablet/Phone/Mobile phone
  • Familiar with Windows operating systems, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office
  • 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technology platforms
  • Network support experience
  • Good communication in groups and working in a team environment.
  • A high energy and organized individual that is self-managed and likes challenges
