Job description

Overview of job

At the position of Software Development Manager, you are in charge of the performance of Software Development Department, in term of supporting both internal and external software development needs. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Work with related departments (internally) to identify needs & requirements and have actions accordingly;
  • Work directly with clients to identify their need, specification and requirement;
  • Assign related tasks to staff to achieve target;
  • Monitor staff’s performance;
  • Coach & train staff in order to help them to perform better;
  • Develop technical roadmap;
  • Change, update technical roadmap when necessary;
  • Build up necessary standards, processes, procedures, instruction for the department.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree or above in IT, Software Engineering or other related fields;
  • Native Vietnamese and fluent English;
  • Advanced knowledge about PHP/ .NET;
  • Advanced knowledge about Database System like SQL Server and MySQL;
  • Advanced knowledge about OOP, MVC;
  • Advanced knowledge about operating system like Windows and Linux;
  • Knowledge about SSIS, SSRS is a plus;
  • Hands-on experience in AWS Development is a plus;
  • Advanced Knowledge about Software Development Life Cycle – Scrum. PSM Certificate is a plus;
  • CAN-DO attitude, quick learner;
  • Proven problem-solving skills and be an active, smart listener, critical thinking;
  • Risk-taking and independent, able to tolerate stressful workloads and circumstances.
