About the team:
The ShopeePay team in Vietnam focuses on development of products in both ShopeePay and Shopee apps, including Digital Products, User Service, Banking, Wallet Service, Promotion, Risk Management and Online Merchant Acquiring. Being a team member, you'll have chances to skill up by doing various kinds of tasks, working with many different teams and different partners.
Job Description:
- Work closely with business department to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and driver business growth
- Work with external partners to deliver new service/enhance existing function: review technical document, clarify & identify technical gap, support during integration
- Work with Regional Product & Engineering team to initiate, discuss, review & sign-off new feature
- Act as a specialist for the product, do UAT & LIVE testing with relevant internal team, troubleshooting issues, creating SOP, etc
- Work closely and give training to local internal teams when there is a new feature or product (change management)
- Working on administrative task of the product, maintain existing app products

Job Requirement
- From 1-5 year experience as Business Analyst, Product Management, Product Owner
- Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information in English effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus
