Overview of job
As a Bridge Software Engineer, You will, together with a team of dedicated professionals, be responsible for helping Company achieve significant goals with specific duties:
- Communicate with Japanese clients on all project-related matters.
- Analyze, clarify and transfer client’s requests and requirements to project team members.
- Verify and develop design documents.
- Develop and perform test cases to verify deliverable.
- Control all inbound and outbound project’s materials.
- Manage or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control project.
Job Requirement
- BS in Information Technology, or having at least 1 year working experience as BSE.
- BA degree in Japanese or Japanese skills equivalent level 2.
- Proficient in English is a plus.
- Good programming skill in .NET, Java, C/C++ is a plus.
- Experience writing document, presentation and working directly with Japanese customers is a plus.
- Logistical requirement analysis skill.
- Well-organized, creative and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
- High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
