Overview of job

● Study current system/requirement, analyze, clarify and propose suitable requirements/features in order to make them clear enough for the developer to implement.
● Transfer requirements/knowledge to the team so that they will have a better understanding of what they are going to do.
● Support the team with anything related to the requirement during the implementation and testing.
● Compose requirement documents like project description, non-functional requirements, business knowledge, business rules, business flow, user manual etc.
● Help the team to investigate issues from end users or Product Owner.
● Manage all the requirements of the project so that it would be easy to track back and trace down when needed.

● 3+ years of experience in BA position
● Fluent English (prefer TOEIC 750+, IELTS 6+)
● Project/portfolio management knowledge. Ideally, experience in project management using tools.
● Proactive, analytical and critical thinking.
● Attention to details.
● IT background.
● Team working. (The nature of BA work is collecting information from many sources. Therefore, if you don’t get along well with other people, this is not a job for you.)
● Self-study and research quickly and effectively.
● Experience in Agile software development methodologies
