The role will join a global-scale product of our partner GoodData www.gooddata.com - a leading US company which provides a massively scalable, secure & high-performance Insights Platform-as-a-Service for 70,000 businesses, over a million users. Our products are trusted by the Fortune 500 companies. By joining the project, you will have a chance working with processes delivering features from inception to full lifecycle in a modern CI/CD pipeline.
- Define test plan, design tests, do both manual & automation tests on component/integration and end to end level to ensure product quality.
- Write and maintain clear, precise bug reports to submit to the bug tracking system.
- Analyze defects and test results to be able to deduct the chain of events leading to a failure.
- Implement automation tests for features and integrated to the whole Test pipeline.
- Active participation in Agile Scrum with development teams closely.

Job Requirement
Must have:
- Experience in testing web applications, and API Testing.
- Good background knowledge in coding skills (any programming language).
- Experience in Jira, Agile methodology
- Experience in software development methodologies and quality processes
- Experience in clarifying feature requirements with developers and product owners in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Be active and willing to learn new technologies
- Logical thinking, analytical, thinking outside the box
- Problem-solving and time management
- Experience working on multitasking, prioritizing, and being able to work under pressure or independently
- Good English verbal communication.
Nice to have:
- Experience with CI/CD Jenkins, Docker containers, Splunk, and GIT.
- Experience with any Automation Test frameworks for UI, E2E testing
- Knowledge of relational database design and transactional SQL and DBMS(Postgres, Vertica, Redshift)
