We, LG Electronics Development Center Vietnam (VC DCV), conduct core R&D activities, and various product reliability tests in support of our vehicle component business.
As SDET Software Part Leader, you will be in charge of lead Safety/Emulator development team for Automotive products (Car Infotainment includes Cluster, AVN-audio video navigation and Telematics) including:
- Managing 10~15 members for SDET Team;
- Defining goals and objectives (KPIs) annually for team and members;
- Responsible for software delivery to head quarter;
- Monitoring and controlling development progress and KPIs for multiple projects;
- Coaching and mentoring team members;
- Reporting directly to Team Lead;
- Co-operating with and development teams in Vietnam and other countries.
Job Requirement
- 2+ year software development project leader experience in one or more general purpose programming skills;
- 7+ year software development experience in Embedded or C/C++ programming;
- Automotive (especially IVI: In Vehicle Infotainment)/ASPICE/Embedded experience is a plus;
- Fluent Bi-Lingual is must: English & Vietnamese;
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors;
- Good MS Office.
