Overview of job
- In-charge of QA activities at project’s level, company’s level
- Develop, execute and maintain formal software test plans.
- Design test cases to cover requirements according to test strategy
- Execute test cases and manage test case execution
- Evaluate and report test execution results.
- Consult project manager with establishing and refining standard metrics of quality for the product.
- Collaborate with software engineering department as needed to resolve problems.
- Propose and implement QA/test planning, quality metrics and process improvements
Job Requirement
- At least 2 years of experience working at the same position
- Familiar with common testing methodologies and practices (integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, acceptance testing, etc.) as well as various test tools.
- Working experience in developing software test plans, test procedures and test cases.
- Good knowledge and experience of effective QA models.
Language skills:
- Good written English skills
- Japanese is a big plus
