Overview of job
- Read and understand requirement specification.
- Analyze and create software specification.
- Create System Design with instruction from Team Lead.
- Create Detail Design independently.
- Do coding and unit test.
- Provide technical guidance to lower level staffs in project.
- Review on source code & design documents of lower level staffs in project.
Job Requirement
- Bonus: Annual bonus (13th salary), Performance bonus, Lunar New Year bonus.
- Salary review: 01 time/year (January).
- Company trip: 01 time/year.
- Health check – up yearly.
- Extra health care: max 2,300 USD/year (PVI Insurance).
- Training (Business Manner, Technical, Soft-skill, Management, BSE, Japanese and English).
- Annual leave: 12 days/year for first 05 years, 15 days for 6th year and plus 01 day for each increasing year from 7th year.

Your Skills and Experience
【EDUCATION】
- Graduated from College/ University specialized in Information Technology
- Minimum 3+ years of proven hands-on experience JAVA web application development experience.
- Hands-on experience with JAVA and J2EE technologies.
- Strong understanding of Struts 1/2, Spring, Hibernate or Seasar/Intramart.
- Hands-on experience with J2EE IDEs, like Eclipse, Net Beans, etc.
- Proficient in Java: Bean, Annotation, JSP + servlet, JDBC, AOP, Thread, mail, JSTL.
- Proficient in T-SQL(DDL, DML) and PL-SQL(IF, LOOP, CURSOR, PROCEDURE, STORE, TRIGGER…). Experience with NoSQL/Cassandra is prefer.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript/Ajax. Hands-on experience with jquery and multi browsers.
- Strong understanding of report(design report, input data to report). Experience with jasper or iText is prefer.
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns. Experience with various J2EE patterns is prefer.
- Strong background in OOP, UML, Object Oriented analysis and design
- Working experience with version control systems like Subversion (SVN) or Git
- Enthusiasm and responsibility working
- Actively and dynamic in working and communication
- Have fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Know Japanese is one advantage.
- Be able to work in Japan if necessary.
- Good at English (reading/writing/speaking) is a plus
- Knowing Japanese is a plus
