Overview of job
• Design effective training programs
• Conduct training sessions, seminars, etc.
• Keep attendance and other records
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee performance and response to training
Job Requirement
• Native level English speaker
• Proven experience as corporate English teacher/trainer
• Strong desire to help students improve
• 5 years experience teaching English as a second or other language to professional adult learners.
• Preference will be given DELTA/MA TESOL qualified trainers
• Have some knowledge of or interest in business.
