• Identify new business niches to grow existing network of corporate and IT industry. To work together with our colleagues and partners internally and externally to achieve the best experience possible for the customer and get the best results.
• Develop strong relationships with direct supervisor in view of assisting with corporation needs.
• Create and develop new opportunities with clients, ensure all the accounts are managed professionally and have documented account plans for each of key accounts.
• Work as part of a team with product sales management and other internal sales sharing information and maximizing effectiveness within the account base.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining aware on industry trends, market activities and competitors. To provide a monthly sales margin forecast to Business Director which need to a minimum of 90% accurate and ensure the pipeline is always 100% up to date.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing FPT corporation standards. Ensure consistently deliver exceptional customer service, by thinking creatively and putting our customers and our people who serve them at the heart of anything to do, have to ensure that all of actions support the our company’s business strategy and brings our FPT brand to life.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. Prepare, maintain and present sales contribution reports to management.
