SPS Vietnam
- Operate the Helpdesk system, assign support requests to appropriate staffs in different teams;
- Follow the status of the request which has involvement from different teams and response back the final result to customer/end-user
- End-user support including: desktop application installations (telephone, antivirus, data entry/BPO software...), application configurations, user maintenance, computer hardware services
- Research, evaluate and optimize end-user environment and applications including: optimize Linux minibox kernel, user-interface, optimize applications supporting production...
- Other duties as assigned by IT Manager & Direct Manager
- College graduate, major in Computer Science or IT
- Wide knowledge in different area (network, server, workstation, laptop, system, database, software …)
- Strong English communication (verbal & writing)
- Strong customer oriented
- Services oriented
- Good at problem solving
