• Accurately interpret specification, do job analysis and identify suitable applicants through effective job-matching;
• Implement appropriate methods (advertisements or directories) to attract appropriate applicants;
• Interview applicants within equal employment opportunity guidelines and establish competencies level against project requirement.
• Conduct and manage interview process, moderate all related interview resources;
• Issue offer and monitor new hires on-board procedure.
• Perform comprehensive research to provide extensive data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
• Make weekly statistics report on recruitment status
• Support other work assigned by recruiting manager.
• Experience in recruiting for Japan market
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least two (2) years of experience in recruitment field
• IT industry knowledge is a plus
• Good English both in written & spoken skills
• Understanding of recruitment process
• Good command in using MS. Office software
• Strong communication skill
• Good interpersonal & teamwork skills
• Be able to work under high pressure
