AS White Global in Vietnam is expanding our operation outside of Ho Chi Minh City. We are opening an office in Da Nang and are looking for a dynamic and talented Development Manager:
• Manage the Software Development department with 100+ employees working on multiple software projects and teams
• Be responsible for resources planning, recruitment, allocation and utilization for the department
• Be the main contact point for the clients for all people management matters
• Motivate and grow staff
• Providing coaching and mentoring on people management and leadership skills to the team leads and managers
• Implement continuous improvement of software development services
• Conduct regular performance appraisal and maintain work discipline within the department
• Coordinate with the clients to ensure the delivery of project outcomes
• Report to the General Manager, Technology
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 10 years of experience in software development
• At least 5 years of experience in management positions
• Hands-on experience in managing a team of more than 50 employees
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Good ability to train, coach and mentor others
• Good ability to motivate staff
• Experience in Agile processes is a big plus
