Axon Active is a pioneer and professional ‘offshore’ software development organization owned by an international Company based in Switzerland. We are proud to be one of the first software companies applying Scrum in all projects successfully in Vietnam.

A successful candidate will be our first local Product Owner in Vietnam who works directly with our Swiss customer and local Scrum teams in Can Tho. The working place is flexible either in Ho Chi Minh or our new office in Can Tho, but you probably have to be onsite with the team in Can Tho regularly.

A person joining with this position will act as Product Owner for several of our products related to accounting domain which are the big business investment

Your missions as our Product Owner are:

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders on product vision, project planning and release planning
• Communicate with the Stakeholders to understand and gather the requirements. Be able to identify what they actually need from what they say they want for big systems.
• Work closely with Scrum team in planning, retrospective and backlog refinement meetings
• Translate product vision into prioritized Product Backlog
• Write business requirements, features, user stories. Manage and maintain the Product Backlog
• Able to provide a product roadmap and keep it evolving as the product changes
• Analyze and convert the requirements into user stories
• Establish and maintain project communication and set project quality and performance standards.
• Work closely with Scrum team, participate in Scrum-related activities such as: grooming, planning, reviewing meeting
• Support team in knowledge transfer of existing system, requirements
