**We are looking for:
1. Senior Full Stack Developer
- Oversee the development of the entire team
- Ensure code is of high quality and aligned with Ruby and Rails best practices
- Continue to simplify and minimise code
- manage our public / open source repo on Github
- review pull requests from our developer community
- design and estimate customisations requested from customers
2. Back-end Developer
- work in Ruby and Rails to build robust back-end services
- ensure code is of high quality
- write automated unit tests
- simply where possible
- ensure all Ruby and Rails code is aligned with best practices
3. Front-end Developer
- have an eye for detail
- enjoy getting user interfaces across browser, touch device and phones to work property
- optimise front-end code and assets to ensure the fastest experience for users
- deliver compelling user interface experience
4. Hybrid Mobile developer using PhoneGap or Ionic Hybrid Mobile app framework
- develop hybrid iPhone and Android apps using phonegap or ionic framework
- write automated tests for apps
- ensure apps are a compelling user experience
