Job type 1 – Project Leader (Japanese Communication)

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for some duties as follow:
• Communicate with customer to clarify requirement, make project plan and manage project progress.
• Working in projects following Company process.
• Review the detailed design, implement source code, test design.

Requirements
• Vietnamese nationality;
• University degree.
• 3-4 years of related experiences.
• Good Japanese communication (At least have N2 certificate)
• Programming language: C/C++ is preferred
• Android/Linux Middleware/Device Driver development
• Development skill: Design, Coding, Testing, Debugging
• Communication skill: Japanese/ English communication

Job type 2 – Japanese Speaking Project Leader/ BrSE

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for some duties as follow:
• 【業務内容】
- 車 載、 モバイル、ウェブなど 日本顧客向 け 開発 プロジェクトの 管理
- オンサイトブリッジとしてプロジェクトチームへの、 顧客 との 間 の Q&Aや 要件確認 や 調整 の 支援、 および 上流設計 や 開発 への 参加
• Nội dung công việc
- Quản lí dự án cho các đối tượng khách hàng Nhật Bản trong các lĩnh vực phát triển mobile, web, hay automotive.
- Đóng vai trò onsite BrSE hỗ trợ đội dự án về điều chỉnh , Q&A và xác nhận yêu cầu tại phía khách hàng

Requirements
• Vietnamese nationality;
• University or higher degree.
• 3-4 years of related experiences.

- 日 本語： N2 相当
- 開 発経験 2 年以上必須
- PLまたはBrSEとして 経験 2 年以上必須

- 日 系企業 における 勤務経験 はプラス
- 組 込開発 の 経験 はプラス

• Điều kiện cần thiết:
- Tiếng Nhật trình độ N2 trở lên.
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm 2 năm trở lên.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm PL hoặc BrSE 2 năm trở lên.
- Tính cách vui vẻ, hòa đồng, cẩn thận trong công việc, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng làm việc nhóm.
- Có mục tiêu lâu dài về nghề nghiệp, muốn tìm công việc ổn định.
- Ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm làm ở công ty Nhật.
- Ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm làm nhúng.

Job type 3 – Software Project Manager

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for some duties as follow:
• Communication with Japanese client.
• Adhere to strict delivery schedule with high quality.
• Report project progress, issues, technical solution, etc. to Manager.
• Support team members on technologies, provide solution decisions.
• Review all project documentation.
• Support Manager on communicating, clarifying, verifying project scope, requirement.
• Provide software proposal, estimation base on project requirement.
• Assign tasks to resources efficiently.

Requirements
• Vietnamese nationality;
• University degree in Software engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications.
• At least 5­years of experience in project management. Require project management skill on small/medium team at Japanese company or for Japanese clients.
• Working experience in Japanese company/with Japanese customer is a must.
• Able to speaking in Japanese and On­site working experience in Japan is a plus.
• Extensive experience in project planning, project tracking, requirement management, risk management and communications management.
• Strong quality and client orientation.
• Experiences in one of the following: Java, Objective C or C/C++.
• Experience in Mobile application development is a big plus.
• Knowledge of object oriented analysis and design (UML).
• Strong experience in development process V­model, Agile.
• Able to work under tight schedule.
