We are looking for a software developer with strong communication skills, able to explain decisions and technical solutions.

The main focus of the assignment will be development tasks, which includes understanding the clients need, capturing requirements, writing design specifications and making architectural decisions, developing software, verifying quality and testing. You will also mentor and lead more junior developers in the team.

This person is a highly motivated problem solver, someone who acts rather than reacts to situations and actively seeks out new ways to develop their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of Windows applications/web applications based mainly on Microsoft .NET & SQL Server technology
• Provide technical & analytical support to customers to identify requirements and develop qualified functionalities/projects.
• Play a role of troubleshooting for issues
• Do planning for developing tasks, progress reports to direct leader, adhere to delivery schedules
• Involve in monitoring, enhancing performance, user experience.
• Besides undertaking new projects, the developer must be prepared to understudy and undertake the development as well as maintenance of any existing projects
• Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned by direct leader

• Thời gian làm việc : 8h-17h30 từ thứ 2- thứ 6 ( thứ 7, cn nghỉ)
• Được tham gia BHXH,BHYT,BHTN
• Tiền thưởng: Theo năng lưc công việc, thưởng dự án, thưởng cuối năm,được tham quan du lịch mỗi năm 1 lần
• Chế độ nghỉ ngơi (nghỉ hằng tuần, phép năm, lể tết ….),12 ngày phép/năm và các ngày lễ:
  • 30/4 (ngày chiến thắng )
  • 01/05 (quốc tế lao động )
  • 02/09 (ngày quốc khánh )
  • Tết dương lịch
  • Tết nguyên đán
  • Giỗ tổ Hùng vương
