Duties
• Develop, customize, operate, maintain Jira servers.
• Operate IT system (servers, network devices).
• Ensure correct tracking of service requests and provide prompt responses.
Yêu cầu công việc
• B.S, M.S or equivalence in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT).
• LPI certificate
• MCSE or CCNA certificates
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing Windows servers, networking devices
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Linux environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Having knowledge about Jira server administration is a plus.
• Friendly, Helpful & resourceful.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise applications development
• Solid analytical capabilities and communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize across various tasks, manage changes in daily workload, and operate under several simultaneous deadlines
