- Collaborate with product managers, product owners, senior UX designers and developers to design exceptional user experiences for multiple products (web, mobile app, web widgets)
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team on assets for digital campaigns and advertising, marketing assets and collateral, brochures, and other requirements
- Identify and recommend improvements to web & mobile UI & UX
- Use a variety of methods to document design decisions including sketches, process flows, wireframes, storyboards, visual design mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Employ visually interesting and usable visualization techniques to help users explore and understand complex data sets and processes.

Your Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- 3+ years of design experience (design for both software/web and marketing/advertising)
- Strong problem solving skills and visual communication ability
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating use of user-centred design process
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or other visual design and wireframing tools
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest mobile & web UI/UX trends and best practices
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
