Qualifications
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in an IT-related field and relevant experience managing small to medium sized teams. Some of your experience has been involved working with on-shore client teams and their stakeholders.

Experience
• At least 6 years in a business analysis role in which you are currently managing a team
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Experience working on large enterprise system projects
• Experience working in Agile teams and applying different agile requirements methods to facilitate the best outcome for the client
• Experience with the Agile project tracking tools, Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Experience with story point estimation and techniques to breakdown stories into tasks that are then able to be given effort estimates
• Experience working with customers located in geographically different locations
• Experience working in the insurance industry, specifically worker’s compensation, is advantageous but not mandatory
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Familiarity and experience working in multidisciplinary teams

Skills and Knowledge
• Experience working with web based applications that use C#, MS SQL, Windows IIS, JavaScript
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to independently time manage, and deliver to deadlines
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to read and manage communication styles of team members and stakeholders who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
• Consults with the client’s teams to define and document business needs and objectives, for translation into Epics and User Stories
• Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
• Excels at interpreting business and function requirements and clearly communicating requirements to development teams
• Analyses the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users
• Strong understanding of the full lifecycle (SDLC) with Agile/Scrum/LEAN experience
