Gameloft Saigon 1 Studio is currently looking for Training and Development Specialist to assist HR Manager in Implement training and development strategy to improve employee's performance and business capability to achieve the business objectives and the company's development requirements for present & future.
As a Training and Development Specialist, your responsibilies will include:
1. Training plan and budget
- Analyze the training needs for each section and department for training plans fitted with business units. Then, consolidate in the master T&D and budget plan for the whole company
- Design, conduct and follow up training course/sharing topic. Ensure the target number of hours of training for all levels
- Evaluate the success of individual training and training programs at studio
2. Training Management & Logistic
- Search, evaluation, select Training agency and external Trainers, agency training with appropriate training programs for participants and get our record updated regularly
- Handle logistic activities in each training program to make it run smoothly
3. HR Training & Development Policy & Procedures
- Manage HR Training & Development Policy & Procedures (Performance Evaluation, IDP, Talent & Succession Planning Management, …)
- Communicate/guide/train/consult Managers to implement HR Training & Development Policy & Procedures in accordance to approval ones
4. HR Solutions
- Work closely and partner with Training Coordinators to enable delivery of the HR practices in professional ways
- Seek for feedback from Training Coordinators/studios/departments on new launching/revised projects and propose to T&D Manager for adjustments
5. Database & Reports
- Manage database and update reports, training history records, training provider list, internal trainers, library of hard and soft copy books, materials… also prepare other administration reports as needed
6. Other tasks
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by T&D Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have HR knowledge and experience in corporation for 3 years
- Have more than 2 years’ experience in Training and Development
- Have facilitating, good presentation (both in English and Vietnamese), problem solving, planning & organizing, customer service, analysis skill
- Have a CAN DO attitude and result oriented
- Team player
- Be proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.
