For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Front End Developer to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. Our client offers training programs to improve your skills even further.

The developer will work closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. Daily stand up video conferences can or will be part of the job. Therefor English training courses are provided to improve English communication skills.

The open position requires the following skills:

• Transform PSD Design in state of the art HTML/CSS Code (SASS, LESS)
• Experienced in JavaScript and CSS3, comfortable in div and ul based UI designing
• Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts

• At least 2 years of working experience in software development industry
• Should have experience in Table less Designs /DIV Based layout - Adhere to design and software development standards
• Strong in Javascript fundamental, SOLID principles and some other JS frameworks like as JQuery, AngularJS, RequireJS
• Experience in Cordova and KendoUI is a big plus
• Should have working knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3 and done projects using HTML5 and CSS3
• Should have done slicing of images using PHOTOSHOP or other tools
• jQuery understanding and command over jQuery selectors and events
• Ability to develop web pages to function across-browsers, platforms and devices and to troubleshoot cross browser compatibility issues
• Good communication In English and Interpersonal Skills
• Close communication with international development team

Education & Qualifications:

• BS Degree required
• Advanced Degree beneficial

Required technical skills:

• JavaScript: Advanced
• JQuery: Good
• CSS: Advanced
• HTML/HTML5: Good
• BackboneJS, UndercoreJS, TypeScript, Cordova: has experience is a big plus
• Team Foundation System (TFS Source Control) or Git: has experience (Medium)

Required competences:

• Willing to work in fast-paced environment
• Good at writing and reading skill (English)
• Be able to work independently
• Be responsible for tasks assigned
