* As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer you will work in an Agile environment of our exciting projects in various industries including banking and insurance, health, sports and humanitarian services. You will actively involved in all phases of projects, from identification of customer needs to the implementation of appropriate solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 2-3 years of practical experience in the implementation of CRM solutions
- Good programming skills in Microsoft technologies like C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio
- Good knowledge of relational dabases (MS SQL Server)
- Experience in HTML, XML, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS
- Experience with Microsoft products like MS Dynamic CRM
- Technically confidence, flexibility and a strong team spirit
- Good reading skills in English (required)
* Nice to have:
- Good experience in WCF, WPF and Silverlight
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Having Microsoft CRM 2015, 2013, 2011 experience and Microsoft certification are your advantages

As part of our culture senior people are involved in training and coaching young talents. This is a key success factor to develop our cloud-based SECUTIX solution.
ELCA Vietnam started with six people. Today we are a production facility with more than a hundred employees. During the same period ELCA Switzerland tripled its workforce to over 450 engineers. We contributed fully to this success and the group has gained in flexibility and reduced its risks.
