As Software Test Manager, you will be in charge of managing software test team for automotive products (Car Infotainment includes Cluster, AVN-audio video navigation and Telematics). Your overall responsibilities will be:
• Managing Validation Test Team;
• Making annual plan for Validation Test Team;
• Making annual recruitment plan and recruit members;
• Arranging resource according to projects;
• Defining goals and objectives (KPIs) annually for team and members;
• Monitoring and controlling progress and KPIs for all projects;
• Evaluating team members;
• Defining and monitoring improvement plan for the team;
• Defining annual training plan for the team and monitoring;
• Coaching and promoting team members;
• Making report directly to Program Manager;
• Co-operating with other departments such as development teams in Vietnam and other countries, third party companies.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 3 years experienced in managing software test team (more than 20 members);
• More than 7 testing experience years;
• Self-motivated and proactive;
• Good at solving problems;
• Good ability to research and quickly adapt to new technical methods;
• Logical thinking and design analysis ability;
• Automotive (especially IVI: In Vehicle Infotainment) and ASPICE experience is a plus;
• Software embedded test experience is a plus;
• Automation test experience is a plus;
• Fluent English Skill, directly contact to customer;
• MS Office skills.
