- Ticket handling though SMT (Remedy) and documentation
- Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI’s
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services
- Manage the quality of deliverable of the team and develop team competency
- Mentoring and support team members in doing tasks
- Scheduling task and managing team effort
- Send monthly report ( MSR ) to manager

Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing IT team
- Experience in window system administration
- Expert in Active Directory administration (Users & security groups)
- Strong knowledge in ITIL V3
- Experience in using/ planning Microsoft Project 2007/2013
- Must have excellent written/ oral communication in English
- An ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Good team player and participates in organization activities and contributes to the company
- Having MCSE/ ITIL certified will be an added advantage

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
