- Develop a business plan and implement it, in coordination with other departments in the company, to operate effectively.
- Search and expand the business market for potential customers. Build customer pipelines.
- Manage, care for old customers and expand new customers, direct sales.
- Promote the signing of contracts, bargaining negotiation, implementation of procedures for signing contracts with customers.
- Manage the progress and effectiveness of product deployment to customers.
- Summarize the monthly report on the business, ensure the turnover, sales monthly, quarterly, and year by the Board of Directors.
- Develop and advise the Board of Directors on sales policies and company development policies.a

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree, minimum 2 years of experience
- Have knowledge and experience in personnel management and logistics.
- Experience in B2B product business, especially in software product business (ERP, CRM, . . . ).
- Fluent in English, able to persuade and negotiate excellence in both English and Vietnamese.
- Be proactive and creative in your work, enthusiastic and responsible, can work under high pressure
- Knowledge of marketing and information technology is an advantage.
- Good appearance.

BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
