This post holder will be part of Product and strategic business intelligence team working to specify, collect and present key performance data and analysis to ensure business growth and maximize investment and revenue. The ideal candidate is someone who is totally conversant with large data set and numbers (BIG DATA) from gathering, mining, analysis to design and present actionable plans. This post is empowered to excel in enabling new internet product innovation from great data insight.
You have love for Data. You will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, which enable you to develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative information gathered from web analytics, market information, operational data, user feedback, industrial data, etc.
* Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product development and Data Insight team in gathering and mining data, producing information analysis.
- Interpret and analyze complex data and present findings in a format that is easily understood and relevant to the decision making process.
- Measure, report and monitor key performance indicators to ensure continuously improve performance of product and business.
- Develop models to evaluate performance and impacts of various scenarios and factors on business growth and new innovation success metrics.
- Creates, executes and maintain forecasting models to project month-end, quarter-end and year-end results, using valid assumptions
- Conducts business predictive modeling to forecast business growth and understand factors that influence performance.
- Design and conducts competitive and bench marking analysis including information such as growth, market share, product health, user retention cohort analysis, etc. Analyze the results and recommend actionable plans.
- Coordinate with Data team to enhance organization data driven infrastructure and process to drive business decision using statistical modeling.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Familiarity with basic data mining, analysis, web analytics and visualization.
- Knowledge and experience in advance data analytic using programming language tools such as SQL, Python or R is a strong plus.
- High level of competencies in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adept in Internet usage and love usable internet product.
- Strong time management, meticulous with great attention to details
- Great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure.
- Strong command of English and Vietnamese language.
