- This person will take the responsibilities to support Partner implementation/ consultant team in daily support tickets via ticketing system, email, chat, phone … about CADENA HRM system which has been designed for that country.
- To conduct the necessary training activities to the partner to give them the ability to implement CADENA HRM product, as well as to understand the expected working procedure to ensure the project is managed properly.
- To work with partner to study the insurance, provident fund, tax law of the country, and document all the law into the required specification document to handover to the internal team such as development, quality control.
- Manage the implementation projects in countries as a project manager role (following CMMI procedure) when required; or join the implementation procedure as a consultant or business analyst role.
- Work with development, quality control team to establish the software delivery plan that has been agreed with partner for standard products, or project customization. And monitor the schedule to ensure the product will be delivered on time.
- In-charge to do the necessary requirements analysis, documenting, testing on the new update, delivery; and also make the necessary documentation in English such as: help file, update notes … for relevant functions before sending to partner.
- Be willing to travel to other country in cases of the onsite presentation, demonstration or installation is required by clients or partners.
- Actively follow up the project status of each country, manage the license expiration for each clients …
