For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a UI/UX Designer to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. Our client is one of the leading software companies in Switzerland. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. And they focus on custom web applications based on PHP, Java and .NET. Projects are mainly from Switzerland and Germany.

Our client will provide a professional environment which supports you in improving your soft skills in communication, collaboration through Scrum/agile process, training courses, e-learning courses, and English class as well as technical skills.

• Direct communication with customer to get design requirements and feedback
• Create wireframes and mockups based on customer needs
• Support pre-sales process
• Review and validate design implementation with team
• Research UI/UX best practices and create workshops for teams
• Training and coaching process from design to HTML/CSS
• Design, implement and ensure CI is followed
• Employer branding: job fairs, office design, marketing articles
• Assist and support project and teams in their daily work

• Degree with a focus on digital or graphic design or a related field.
• Experienced in UI and UX design for web applications
• Good spoken and written command of English
• Good presentation skills
• Able to adjust your working time according the project schedule
• Strong problem solving skills
• At least 3 years of experience in design
