Duties
1. In general:
- To manage the Sales & Marketing team in Vietnam as well as do sales activities in case there are any selling opportunities to other countries with following business solutions:
1.1 Enterprise Business Solution: SAP ERP, SAP HCM, BI, BFP
1.2 Information Communication Technologies: Business Automation/Supply Chain Management
1.3 Factory Automation: Manufacturing management system, Industrial Automation
1.4 Testing and Validation: Functional testing, Security testing, Performance testing, Automation testing.
1.5 Embedded Systems: Customer Electronics, Healthcare, Automotive
1.6 Applied New Technologies: Internet of Things, Big data & Analytics, Software Defined Networking
- To attend partners business planning meetings/training/events.
- To work out with Vice Presidents of the above business solutions on the strategy for each solution then to work out a suitable sales & marketing plan including market oriented study to be in line with the strategy.
- To plan sales & marketing budget.

2. In the Sales & Marketing areas:
- To manage the sales activities in the team and plan marketing activities (annually/quarterly/monthly) for the above solutions.
- To define KPIs for sales & marketing activities.
- To do the sales roles for above solutions to fulfill the target set by the CEO. These sales tasks include all activities in the sales cycles from the beginning to the end of the sales.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education and Experience
• Bachelor degree in Economics/Business Administration or equivalent major.
• 5-8 years related experience in IT industry.
• Experience with sales, customer service, contract and marketing process.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Skillful at sales and marketing techniques (presenting, convincing handling abjection and negotiating with customers).
• Fluency in English skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused individual who believes in ensuring promises are delivered upon and can foster a climate of trust and cooperation with colleagues and customers.
• Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and responsibility.
