- Strong entrepreneurship

- Experience of Laravel framework
- Experience of PHPUnit
- Experience of Scrum process
- Experience of source code review
- Experience to build & maintain mid-size of Linux servers
- Experience to develop or operate non-stop system
- Experience & skill of PHP and its framework (cakePHP) or React/React Native
- Experience & skill of RDBMS such as MySQL
- Experience & skill of Docker
- Experience to develop services for consumers
- Experience of methods to assure quality such as TDD or pair programming
- Experience to build & maintain large-scale web applications
- Knowledge about performance tuning
- Experience to build & maintain Linux servers using Chef
- Communication skill in English
