◆ Role
- Communicate with the person in charge in Japan, get requirement, reports progress
- Management from getting requirement until release
- Project management (in charge of each 2 people of 5 projects)
- Team building of members
Development content：
- Development of own company's system of Japan head office (mainly Web service)

- Good at Japanese speaking and written skills (more than N2 level)
- Ability to create the specifications, design and estimate
- Management experience at BSE, PM position
- At least 5 years’ experience in system development
◆Preferred skills:
- English ability
- Experience in LAMP, Java
