Role:
As a Senior Quality Engineer in the team, you will participate with a team of dedicated engineers using Agile processes to deliver solid quality software. You will evaluate and enhance our overall quality plan that encompasses applications, high performance back end service and mobile applications and work with the scrum teams to identify and automate tests for the features in the product.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate quality aspects of a project throughout specific software development process methodology and project management software tools
• Manage, motivate and develop the assigned QC team within a certain project and assigned coachees for next positions
• Reflect the accurate picture of deliverable quality level and with the improvement plan with engineering team to improve the quality
• Involve to the organizational CAR (causal analysis and resolution) group
• Contribute to the QC Community with robust and proven framework or methodology, get involved in research and training for continuous improvement
• Maintain and spread out the Knowledge Base, best practices, lessons learned and other collective wisdom in the effort to lever the quality management practices among team and across QC members within the organization.
• Interview external resources when necessary
• Directly report to PM/QC Lead and/or client
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor degree is required; Masters' degree or higher is desired
• Minimum 5-year experience in Testing or equivalent
• Good command of English communication (oral and written)
• Experience with Continuous Integration (Jenkins) as preferred
• Good experience with Test Automation Tools and Frameworks (e.g. one or more of Maven, TestNG, Selenium)
• Good Mobile Automation Experience (any tool) for both Android and iOS (We use Perfecto).
• Good experience with Manual Exploratory Testing / Manual Testing in an agile environment
• Quality Control Professional certificates (ISTQB, etc.) is preferred.
• Good presentation, collaboration, communication skills and strong working group ability
