Currently VN BA team has 20 members. We are seeking to immediately hire for 05 open job positions of BA ranging from Intermediate to Senior level.
+ Candidates who are recently graduated need to have grades of Good or Excellence, ability to learn quickly, and problem solving skills.
+ Candidates will have opportunities to be employed in appropriate positions depending on skills and experience
+ Senior position will have chances of being promoted to become Leader
Key Responsibilities
+ Engage and liaise with Product Owners, Technology Stakeholders, Software Developers and Testers.
+ Manage and elaborate requirements into User Stories.
+ Prepare and facilitate workshops and showcases.
+ Assist your team to self organize, adapt to change, improve their agile capability and ensure dependencies across teams are managed.
+ Mentor and coach junior team members.

Your Skills and Experience
+ University degree
+ At least 02 years experience in BA role
+ Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis;
+ Excellent command of English communications skills (speaking, reading and writing). Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management;
+ Able to understand ASP, ASP.Net code to understand the logic behind.
+ Able to write SQL query
+ Willing to travel is a must.
