As Software Test Manager, you will be in charge of managing software test team for automotive products (Car Infotainment includes Cluster, AVN-audio video navigation and Telematics). Your overall responsibilities will be:
1. General Management:
• Managing Validation Test Department;
• Making annual plan for Validation Test Department;
• Work with Program Manager & HR on recruitment to ensure the resource for the department following the project planning;
• Defining goals and objectives (KPIs) & evaluating annually for team members;
• Administer discipline, recognition and reward, promotion for Validation Test Team, in coordination with HR department.
2. Project, Technical and Development Management:
• Arranging resource according to projects;
• Monitoring and controlling progress and KPIs for all projects;
• Defining and monitoring improvement plan for the team;
• Defining annual training plan for the team and monitoring;
• Give coaching and mentoring to team members to improve team performance;
• Making report directly to Program Manager;
• Co-operating with other departments such as development teams in Vietnam and other countries, third party companies.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 3 years experienced in managing software test team (more than 20 members);
• More than 7 years experienced in testing;
• Good leadership and ability to manage a large-scale team and to motivate them for best commitment and performance;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Self-motivated and proactive;
• Good ability to research and quickly adapt to new technical methods;
• Logical thinking and design analysis ability;
• Fluent English skills, directly contact to customer;
• MS Office skills.
Nice to have:
• Automotive (especially IVI: In Vehicle Infotainment) and ASPICE experience;
• Software embedded test experience;
• Automation test experience.
