- Manage the functionality and efficiency of the Episerver Expert Services Consultants and Implementation engineers in Vietnam; manage the workflow through the sales process from the Statement of Work to delivery and implementation
- Support pre-sales processes and work with sales and account management and colleagues to win new business
- Lead client implementation service delivery, providing management and oversight of implementation projects and staffing including project assignments, capacity planning and project profitability
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery and implementation
- Maintain reporting on capacity, amount of implementation work, and future outlook in order to advise strategic direction setting
- Manage a portfolio of implementation projects on schedule, within budget and with high customer satisfaction.
- Hire, retain and motivate the best and brightest employees.

Your Skills and Experience
- Dedicated customer success fan driving long-term customer value
- BS or MS degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
- 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably with the CMS space and/or PaaS / SaaS environment
- Strong service management, project management, consulting, technology and process improvement skills
- Eagerness to mentor staff, and demonstrated ability to inspire and build a high-performance culture
- Proven ability to tailor communications to targeted audiences
- Excellent communication/presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent English communication/presentation skills
