Manager is responsible for organizing the Software Development team and managing the development process of multiple software projects. You will:
- Develop and manage multiple projects (planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management)
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers, make sure that the projects meet clients’ requirements & satisfaction
- Mentor and provide guidance to project members
- Involve in defining and improving internal process
- Perform other duties as assignment from direct Director/Manage
Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Over 7 years experience as a PM and/or Developer Team lead
- Excellent English skills
- Experience at least 1 PJ management methodology (Agile, Waterfall …)
- Experience at QCD
- Soft skills to influence team and customer
- High sense of organization and responsibility
- Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus
