- Work with client or US team to define technical solution approach.
- Make architect design and transfer to VN team.
- Monitor and control architect design of all VN projects.
- Convince people on given approach.
- Define clear roadmap and coach senior engineers to be real architects in for seeable time.
- Write training materials and conduct training.
- Support team in difficult situation.
- Support pre-sales process
- Do code review and apply best practices to improve productivity of teams.
- Drive technical roadmap for whole company.
- Always find and apply latest technologies and best practices.
Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- 7+ year experience in software development.
- 3+ year experience as software architect or technical architect
- Experience with PHP, Ruby on Rails, .NET, frontend techs (AngularJS/ NODEJS...).
- Good knowledge with IOS, Android and mobile development.
- Good knowledge and hand-on experience with AWS or Azure.
- Good knowledge about database MongoDB, MySQL, POSTGRE, SQL Server ...
- Good knowledge and hand-on about performance optimization.
- Good knowledge on code review best practices (tools, processes, ...)
- Has deep knowledge about coding principle (SOLID, DRY), design patterns (GOF, SOA), design principle (low coupling, ...).
- Can consult and design technical solutions for small to medium enterprise scale.
- Ability to convince people about technical solution approach.
- Ability to training, coaching, code review.
- Can negotiate, understand and persuade client at technical perspective.
- Good analytical and report writing skills, communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good English communication.
