Duties
• Work with project team members and others if any
• Assess the client's business needs and business processes to understand current business needs, anticipating future needs, and identify potential technical solutions.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly and thoroughly documented;
• Ensure documentation of application technical and user specifications are updated as needed.
• Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete and that they conform to standards.
• Play end-users role to timely validate the developed/implemented system with focusing on integrated operation scenarios against the agreed requirements specification.
• Play additional Project Manager role beside SA role when needed in a project.

Education and Experience
• B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT)
• Experience in working as BA/SA role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, software architectures, Business Analysis Concepts, requirements analysis, management practices and tools
• Ability to interview and gather requirements from stakeholders (including clients)
• Ability to develop system requirements and software requirements documents
• Ability to manage requirements scope and requirements traceability
• Good English skills
• Communication skills (written, oral, documentation, presentation)
• Good leadership, project management is a plus
• Domain knowledge in supply chain, banking, healthcare and education is a plus
• Having knowledge about testing
