The primary responsibilities of a Talent recruiter is calling / contacting selected candidates and scheduling assessments for a particular position.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Have sales talks with help from our scripts
• Discuss possibilities with a candidate
• Update candidate information in our website
• Keep in contact with potential candidates
• Communicate closely with your supervisor
• Result-oriented, strong ability to achieve own sales targets

Nice to have, ambition to grow into Career Advisor:
• Identify good candidates from sources as (social) media, networking..
• Search the best candidates, assess them and decide which one should be selected
• Handle confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits
• Meeting candidates in person, Skype or telephone to assess their qualifications
• Present candidate resumes to hiring clients
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
• Support the negotiation process 
• Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
• Give advice to both client and candidate
• Participate in the salary negotiation when needed

What do you need to succeed?
• People skills (ability to listen, to communicate and to relate to others on a personal or professional level)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible and accountable 
• Bilingual (professional proficiency) in Vietnamese (Native) and English (Average or better)
• Self-confidence and a high doses of analytic skills
• Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for reading, editing and formatting
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to learn technical information
