• Prepare presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
• Be in charge of production of RFP/RFI/RFQ to prospects
• Engage with the customers and interpret their needs and derive advices for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands; translate and map clients functional or business requirements to the product offerings and help customer evaluate the benefit.
• Manage the company Demo system, collaborate with Production Department to enhance and enrich new features, data and scenarios in Sales Demo system.
• Prepare solution demo and conduct presentation for in deep demonstration to prospects.
• Ensure smooth transition to technical, delivery teams of the business and functional requirements agreed with customer and host meetings with other team for creation of effective solution for customer.
• Manage and control the solution prototype development that will be needed for a comprehensive solution to prospect
• Be in charge of Technical Proposal, Bidding Specification initialization and finalization
• Represent DMSPro images, interests and responsibilities for gaining customers/ prospects’ delight.
• Travel when required.

Internal Support

• Collaborate with other Divisions (Production and Delivery) and other teams to accomplish objectives and voluntarily shares information, while fostering teamwork.
• Provide advices and initiatives on the product development and in many other areas to improve the delivery services and the firm’s competency.
• Continuously improve personal knowledges and experiences of the Distribution Management System practices.
• Proactively participate in knowledge sharing activities like communities of practice, forums, conferences and/or other knowledge exchanges and training courses.

The Firm Support

• Be willing to take additional responsibilities as assigned by the firm.
• Ensure the quality standards are met in project delivery that comply with the firm’s standards.

Working Location

• Work at the Head Office of DMSPro JSC in HCM City.
• However, he/she may be required to travel domestic or foreign countries for sales operation.

Typical Candidate

• Senior Business Analyst in DMS Consulting Firm
• Over 3 years as Role of Business Analyst or Consultant in DMS and ERP practice
• 2 years of experienced Presales Executive in ERP or DMS companies.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

Presales Executive Qualification

• Capable of business analysis and system analysis;
• Capable of Workflow modeling;
• Capable of developing business blueprints and specification;
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
• Excellent in presentation and persuasion Directors and C-class of Customers.
• The ability to adapt to a changing with proactive and innovative solutions;
• Strong/sharp problem solving ability
• Teamwork skill
• Tenacious and results orientated

Technical Skill

• Basic knowledge of development and data query (.NET, C#, SQL)
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio)
• Project Management Tool proficiency

Business Qualification

• Distribution Management and Supply Chain Management Knowledge (such as in FMCG, Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical industry, etc.)
• Excellent rapport building skills/persuasive

Personal Qualification

• Fluently English Communication
• Strong quantitative, analytical, attention to detail and strategic thinking ability;
• Highly motivated and proactive, strong sense of accountability;
• Well-developed interpersonal skill
• A positive, results oriented and customer focused attitude;
• Be able to have business trip both of domestic and oversea

Experience & Education

• A minimum 4 years of experience working as Business Analyst in DMS/ERP practice, including project implementation, through full system implementation life- cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, System Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electronics Engineering. Other Engineering degrees will be considered if other relevant experience is met.
