- Responsible for overall project objectives: budget, time, scope of work, quality, risk and customer satisfaction
- When new project is signed, review contract and organize clarification with sales (find compromise with sales, and bring solution with production team)
- Understand project objectives and constraints, and advise project manager accordingly.
- Understand project scope and advise project manager on technical solution, or advise to discuss with others project managers, or involve technical team to investigate.
- Review every steps of project with project manager, review documents and emails before sending to customers (at least at the beginning of projects or if the PM is new)
- Attend customer daily/weekly meetings to support project manager and check that everything is working well
- Ensure that all the scope planned for development is clear enough and that there is no blockers from delivery team
- Ensure that time reporting is properly done and makes sense / review the invoicing to customer and confirm
- Maintain and communicate development pace reports and provide solutions in case of issue
- Independent and any feedback to higher management needs to be presented with solutions.
- Present with the team during working time but also ready to do extra work if needed (meeting with US, project OT)

- Fluent English communication (Japanese is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong experience in web project management process
