• Research, define and implement new and innovative features
• Develop and integrate our custom web based products written in Java
• Collaborate with engineers all over the world
• Work with stakeholders to discover requirements and identify core problems to be solved
• Participate in sprint planning meetings to properly scope and provide detailed estimates for proposed features
• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain end-to-end software solutions for our analytics product
• Provide mentorship for junior software engineers

• 5+ years of experience in Java and related technologies (e.g. SpringBoot, Hibernate)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Highly interested in product development
• Solid knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON and web interface development
• Demonstrated experience with traditional database and NoSQL
• Understanding of scalable web applications (caching, clustering, cloud computing etc.)
• Experience with Git (or similar version control systems)
• Knowledge of unit testing (tools, best practices)
• Wellversed in agile development disciplines and principles (preferably Scrum)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal English skill
