- Regulated time for performance evaluation and periodic salary increase review in July and December

Your Skills and Experience
Yêu cầu cơ bản:
- Ngoại ngữ: Kỹ năng đọc/viết tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh.
- Độ tuổi: Không yêu cầu
Yêu cầu năng lực chuyên môn
- Trình độ học vấn và chuyên ngành: Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành CNTT
- Kinh nghiệm:
- Kinh nghiệm lập trình Java ít nhất 2 năm.
- Thành thạo Java Core, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Transaction Management, Struts, JSP/Servlet, JDBC
- Có kiến thức về cơ sở dữ liệu MySQL hoặc Oracle, MongoDB
- Am hiểu và sử dụng tốt OOP & Design Patterns
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Spring, Struts, tối ưu hệ thống, làm việc trên môi trường Linux là lợi thế.
- Tư duy logic tốt, có khả năng phân tích, học hỏi nhanh.
- Kĩ năng làm việc theo nhóm, làm việc độc lập.
- Say mê, ham tìm hiểu công nghệ mới.
- Tinh thần cầu thị
- Chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc
