- Analyze project requirements base on given document
- Support on emergency situations, even at night
- Keep moving to research tools to improve QA work
- Cooperate with developers and manager to make sure the project quality is good
- Apply working processes correctly and finish assigned tasks on-time with high quality
- Track project deliverables using SmartSheet
- Annually review/evaluate people of the team
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Carry out other reports or tasks as assigned by Board of Director
- Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, CR and implementation
- Manage resources of the projects and team
- Develop full scale project plans
- Manage project change requests
- Work with UI for UI design and screen mock up
- Create design and development specs for team
- Ensure client requirements are fully understood by team
- Communicate with US PM early in the morning (7:30AM) on the projects
- Train the new comer if assigned
- Share knowledge and experience to make the team and company get stronger

- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
