Your daily responsibilities consist of:
- Work with Lead Producer and functional Departments (Programmers, Game Designers, Artists and Tester) to plan the resources properly for the assigned projects;
- Be the key local contact of the projects in charge; ensure all projects are delivered on time at highest quality within scope and budget;
- Effectively coordinate the Production team in order to track project’s progression, team’s productivity, formats performance and quality;
- Ensure resource availability and manage the Local Team, the motivation, performance, rewards and recognition… in collaboration with related department managers;
- Provide clear and complete status of the project to the upper management and stakeholders;
- Actively raise ideas/solutions to prevent/solve problems in production, process, organization, management within the Division or at studio level.
- Report to Senior Producer, Lead Producer and Studio Manager

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent and experience in management position;
- Good gaming background as well as ability to evaluate video games;
- Very good written and spoken English;
- Strong analytical skill, very well-organized, problem-solving;
- Responsible, result-oriented, able to work under high pressure and to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
- Good leadership and team spirit;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willing to re-allocate around Gameloft Studios in SEA group as work requirement when needed.
