Our Cloud / Saas Ticketing product is chosen to be the solution provider of the top 3 greatest world sport tournament. The product quality, the customer satisfaction and our team’s professionalism make the difference.
With the aim to deliver these highly visible projects, we are looking for smart, collaborative, enthusiastic and well-organized professionals who are willing to take an active part in a sustainable, long-term product venture with a start-up mindset.
As senior JAVA engineer you will work in an Agile environment together with Swiss colleagues to develop features for our 120+ customers/partners worldwide.
Our product highlights:
› The software development is supported by our software factory: 24/7 stability, flexibility and continuous delivery
› Figures from our software factory: 150 deliveries per year, 60 different technologies, 300 machines in build pipeline and automatic test execution
› Production monitoring, performance optimization, load/stress testing, online payment, security management

We expect from you:
› Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
› Be enthusiastic and passionate about the web, especially through technologies related to SaaS world
› 3 to 5 years of experience in software development for the JAVA platform
› Experience in Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
› Strong sense of ownership and responsibility of code quality following best practices
› Experience in FitNesse, Selenium, Oracle PL/SQL, Cloud deployment would be a plus

As part of our culture senior people are involved in training and coaching young talents. This is a key success factor to develop our cloud-based SECUTIX solution.
ELCA Vietnam started with six people. Today we are a production facility with more than a hundred employees. During the same period ELCA Switzerland tripled its workforce to over 450 engineers. We contributed fully to this success and the group has gained in flexibility and reduced its risks.
